This weathered old two-story conch home, located on Caroline Street, Key West, had never been painted. It caught George's eye back when he was a young man hanging around the boat docks across the street. Many years later, with the Cuban banana plants growing along side the wooden fence and the late afternoon sun glow -- George knew he had to paint it.
