The house in this painting is located on Whitehead Street in Key West. The bike displays one of Key West's more popular means of transportation.
After painting this scene, the owner of the house informed George that the bike locked to the fence was not his, as George originally had thought.
In fact, the bike turned out to be stolen with no title. Hence, the painting was named!
